Jaime Mitchell - Owner

Jaime brings a dynamic marketing perspective to the salon. She uses her expertise in the health industry to create and facilitate Russell Allen Salon's goal of Discovering Beauty from the Inside Out. Jaime aims to educate all who walk in the salon doors about health, wellness, and inner as well as outer beauty.

Rachael Jewell - Salon Manager

Rachael exudes a professional, warm, and inviting presence throughout Russell Allen Salon. Suzette De Winter - Esthetician

Suzette has been a licensed skincare professional for 10 years. She has always considered continuing education a must in the industry and has been educated on many professional skincare lines, techniques and treatments. Suzette customizes each treatment to meet her clients’ specific needs. Whether it be shaping your eyebrows to enhance your face or committing to a long-term skincare program to target hyperpigmentation, fine lines, sun damage, rosacea, or hydration, Suzette creates skin vibrancy and vitality.

Lynn Edwards - Hair Stylist

Lynn’s career as a stylist started with her training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles in the early nineties. Since that time, Lynn has built her skills as a cut and color expert, giving her clients the most complementary cut, color and style possible. She is also certified for the Brazilian Blowout treatment.

Jennifer Hogan - Hair Stylist

Jennifer's extensive experience includes hair extensions application, dynamic and modern hair cuts and styling for men and women, color, highlighting and more. Her expertise using the Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy allows her clients to experience the high shine, frizz-free look they desire.

Danielle Lefevre - Esthetician

With 14 years of experience as an esthetician, Danielle specializes in clinical facials, microdermabrasion, and ultrasound. Her education from the International Beauty School has provided Danielle with the expertise to facilitate skin healing.

Mary is devoted to listening to her clients to fully understand exactly what they want and loves to create new and interesting looks that are easy to maintain.

Ann Marie Williams - Hair Stylist

Ann Marie has been in the industry since the nineties. She has been a stylist all over the country, including Los Angeles. Ann Marie specializes in highlights, cuts, and color that enhance and update her client’s look, while keeping it easy for her clients to maintain.
